Mr. Hendrickson founded Legacy HealthCare in 1997 with the goal to create a healthcare company that achieved new standards in an industry that has too often been stereotyped as institutional. The mission is simple: “Committed to 100+1 Service” Mr. Hendrickson applies this mission daily in coordination with the company values to lead the company and inspire excellent healthcare.
Mr. Hendrickson currently serves as a Board Member for the Riverside County Workforce Development Board. He was appointed to the board by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors in 2004. He is a member of the California Association of Health Facilities and the American Health Care Association and has served as a delegate and as a presenter in their respective annual meetings.
Mr. Hendrickson graduated from Brigham Young University in 1993 with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and physical therapy. He served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Scotland where he developed his leadership skills and learned the value of hard work and discipline. He is an Eagle Scout. He currently resides in San Clemente, California with his wife and three children.
Cort Green has been with Legacy Healthcare since 2003. He’s overseen the Company’s expansion of its Sub-Acute business and has helped both facilities achieve CMS 5-star ratings. Cort received a BA in English from Brigham Young University where he also played volleyball. He earned his MBA from the University of Redlands.
Cort grew up in Irvine California and currently resides in Laguna Niguel with his four children. In his free time, Cort enjoys golfing, surfing, and playing the piano and guitar. Cort is passionate about healthcare and loves assembling teams of similarly passionate individuals who work together to provide excellent care to Legacy’s residents.
